Oralgiene USA, Inc. warrants each new product against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase and agrees to repair any defective unit,without charge. To obtain the full benefit of this warranty and to avoid any possible dispute as to the expiration of the twelve-month period, you are requested to complete and return the registration card to Oralgiene USA, Inc. Failure to do so will not affect your rights under this warranty, provided you can reasonably substantiate the purchase date by means of a sales receipt or other such proof.

No other warranty, written or oral, is authorized by Oralgiene USA, Inc. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the exclusions and limitations below may not apply to you.

IMPORTANT: This Oralgiene® warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, or subjecting the product to things other than normal use. This warranty is void when service or repairs are performed by a non-authorized service center. No responsibility is assumed for any special, incidental or consequential damages.

The service Request Card should be included describing your reason(s) for service. For best results in using and caring for your product, please read the Instruction Manual included in this package.
